Meeting Rooms
The Bella Vista Public Library offers 2 meeting rooms for patron use. For detailed information on each of the meeting rooms please see their descriptions below. Patrons must have a library card in good standing and fill out a room reservation application in order to reserve a meeting room.
If you do not currently have a library card, please email the library HERE. To reserve a room, please submit a Room Reservation Application, available at the front desk.
Conference Room (114)
The Conference Room is ideal for meetings of 16 people or less. There is a large table which can be broken down into smaller tables depending on the needs of the group. There is a large monitor with an HDMI input for presentations. A whiteboard along one wall is available for use.
Community Room (116)
The Community Room is a flexible space which can accommodate a wide variety of events. The room can comfortably fit up to 45 people. The room has multiple tables and chairs which can be arranged to best suit the needs of the group. There is a projector with an HDMI input for presentations. There is also a lectern and mobile whiteboard available for use.
Parking Information:
Parking at the library is severely limited. It is illegal to park along Dickens Place and may result in a ticket. Please make the necessary arrangements and announcements to your group prior to using a meeting room.
