We know how hard it can be to enjoy some peace and quiet in our small library. Consequently, twice a week we have Designated Quiet Time. During these blocks of time we do not schedule any events in the hopes of keeping the noise levels in the library down.
Join us as Jill Werner, member of the Bella Vista Historical Museum, takes us on a tour of the history of cuisine in Bella Vista. From the early Native Americans to the installation of the Dairy Queen, we’ll get a look at the agriculture, restaurants, resort menus, grocery stores, and so much more that shaped how people ate in Bella Vista. As a special treat, there will be a tasting element made from a recipe in a 1967 Bella Vista cookbook! You don’t want to miss this delicious look at Bella Vista’s history.
