Writing Journey Workshop

Begin your writing journey at this workshop. This workshop will help you hone your style and begin writing the type of book that you’ve always wanted to write. Join this group at the library every Tuesday evening at 6:15 p.m. Be sure to bring a pen and paper!

 

Brainteasers

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 3:00 p.m., this group of puzzle-solvers get together to go over the answers to the month’s new packet filled with mind boggling, thought-provoking puzzles and games designed to keep your brain working and problem solving. Pick up the packet at the front desk and get to work on this month’s puzzles!

 

Mystery Book Club

Mystery Book Club meets on the third Wednesday of each month from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at the Bella Vista Library to read books from some of the best mystery authors.  Fans of all types of mystery/crime/suspense novels are invited to this mysterious club!

 

Family Game Night

Grab the family and come on down to the library for Game Night! On the 3rd Thursday of the month, we’ll bring out all our board games, card games, and video games for the whole family to enjoy! The fun lasts from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Artistic Designers Card Class

This card class will focus on learning new techniques or refreshing any technique you may already know.  We’ll also be using a variety of mix media from paste to chalks to watercolor inks to acrylic paints.  Create smile-inducing cards while learning essential techniques every card maker should know.

 

$15.00 to cover supplies.

Haunted Northwest Arkansas

Paranormal investigator and author Bud Steed will be at the Bella Vista Public Library on Monday, October 22nd at 6:00 p.m. to present on the haunted spots of Northwest Arkansas. Join us for a fascinating program on our eerie local history. Mr. Steed has written several books including Haunted Northwest Arkansas, Ozark Ghosts and Hauntings, and his newest venture into the paranormal, Haunted Fort Smith and Van Buren. Books will be available for purchase and the author will be signing copies of his books.
