"IT'S MAGIC"
New Books from Waste Paper
Why support "It's Magic"?
Most libraries are part of a municipal government and receive
taxpayer funds. Bella Vista Library serves an unincorporated village
and receives limited public funds.
"It's Magic" is a fund-raiser for the Library.
Why recycle?
The non-profit Bella Vista Recycling Center is operated by volunteers.
Last year, the recycling center donated
$132,000 to the community.
Why recycle waste paper?
Waste paper thrown in the trash goes to a landfill, with no benefit
for anyone. Waste paper donated to the Bella Vista Recycling Center
is turned into cash. Half of the money goes to the Bella Vista
Library.
What is Office Waste Paper?
Office Waste Paper is almost anything crossing a desk except
phone books, newspapers, magazines and catalogs.
Some examples:
Junk mail, all colors
Envelopes (windows OK)
Printer paper (staples OK)
Old birthday cards
Brochures
Scratch pads, receipts
Memos, grocery lists
Old files and file folders
Old love letters (PG)
It's Easy
Put paper products and shredded paper in the same plastic
bag. When it's full, take it to the Bella Vista Recycling Center.
